Fire alarm shop drawings

Full fire alarm shop drawings prepared for submittal and AHJ review. Typical packages include floor plans with device layouts, riser diagrams, load calculations, conductor specs, BOM, sequence of operation, and device data sheets - all organized into a clear set you can submit with confidence.

What you receive
PDF sheets ready for submittal, plus DWG files or full size hardcopy plans if requested (for additional charge). If you have an existing title block or layering standard, drawings can be set up to use your preferred formatting.

Turnaround
Turnaround depends on scope and complexity, but we try to deliver plans for most projects in 3-5 business days. Rush work can be requested for an additional fee with timelines as low as 24 hours (depending on project size).

Commercial & Residential Floor plan creation

Are you lacking a set of professional floor plans for your commercial or residential property? Hand sketches, rough markups, old scans, or basic dimensions can be converted into legible, scaled plans ready for upcoming projects, real estate listings, life safety plans, or whatever your application may be. Don't have the measurements? If your property is in South Florida, we can conduct a survey for an additional fee!

What you receive
Clean, scaled PDF floor plans, DWG files or full printed plans if requested. Typical floor plans include room layouts, doorways, and room labels. Drawings can be published on a title block of your choice (or without).

Turnaround
Turnaround time is dependent on the quality & quantity of information regarding measurements and layout provided by the client. Typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If we are required to visit your property to conduct a survey, you can expect a turnaround time increase of at minimum one business day.

CAD conversions

Old PDFs and image files can be traced or rebuilt into editable CAD drawings. Instead of reusing low-quality scans, you get a clean baseline you can use for future design work and coordination.

What you receive
A DWG & PDF file conversion ready to be used by you or your design team in future projects. (Precision of measurements may be slightly degraded depending on quality of supplied starting materials)

Turnaround
Turnaround times on CAD conversions are generally faster than other projects, expect 1 business day for every 4 pages of 24x36 plans to be converted. Turnaround times may vary depending on demand.
Process

How a typical project works

1. Share scope & files Send any existing plans, sketches, specs, and notes. A quick description of project goals and timeline is enough to start.
2. Receive a quote You’ll get a straightforward quote and an estimated timeline based on the information you provide.
3. Drafting & coordination Drawings are prepared in AutoCAD.
4. Review & revisions You review the finished drawings and provide markups or comments. Minor adjustments are made if necessary, so the final set matches your expectations.
Engineering & AHJ coordination
T2CAD provides drafting support. Final design responsibility, code compliance, and coordination with the authority having jurisdiction remain with the contractor, engineer of record, and design team. If you need help translating AHJ comments into drafting revisions, that can usually be accommodated.
